Introduction to Manufacturing Intelligence

In today's marketplace, leading companies gain a competitive edge by analyzing web-based dashboards filled with real-time plant floor information. This two-day class will introduce you to the vast possibilities available with Rockwell's suite of data collection products and how they can be used individually or collectively to build the right solution for your company. Every company will benefit from this class, from those wanting simple data collection, to those who have LEAN, Six Sigma, OEE, or Continuous Improvement initiatives.

This workshop will start with database fundamentals and collecting plant floor data. Next we will move on to using a Historian, then collecting OEE and performing downtime analysis, and finally configuring a dashboard or portal solution. Lecture and a multitude of labs will enable students to build Rockwell-powered information systems. This course is taught by Eric Heide.
